Expedited Fulfillment & Insured Shipping - $6.99 U.S. Orders only.
International shipping is $9.99 - $14.99
All items U.S. orders are shipped from U.S. Warehouses, International orders are shipped from our International warehouses.
What is the difference between "Insured Shipping" and "Expedited Fulfillment & Insured Shipping”?
We process thousands of orders per month, keeping our staff and fulfillment chain quite busy. We offer “Expedited Fulfillment” which moves your order to the front of the line, kinda like buying a Fast Pass.
How do I track my order?

I checked my tracking number and it says not valid?
Please wait 24 hours for it to update in USPS system.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship out next day, we ship via USPS First Class which takes 3-5 days. All U.S. orders are shipped from the U.S.A. International ordered will be shipped from our overseas warehouses.
What if i ordered the wrong size/model?
Please contact customer support ASAP at email@example.com, the customer is responsible for shipping cost for items that are ordered incorrectly.
What if I don’t like it?
The customer is responsible for returning the product and will receive full refund minus shipping cost.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer support and they will send you a return link to obtain an RMA number. You will need your order number and your email address associated with the order to use the return module.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
We process refunds as they arrive at our warehouse, they are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
No problem, shoot a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship you a replacement right away and at NO cost to you.
I sent an email but got no response?
Please check the email address that you sent it to. Our email is email@example.com not .com - sorry for the confusion. Additionally, our support hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM PST. Any inquiries or calls after-hours will be answered the following business day or weekends will be answered on the next business day.
I ordered on Friday but my item didn't ship until Monday?
Our warehouses are closed on weekends. All orders will ship the following business day.
